SHIPPING & RETURNS

 Our shipping methods are designed to ensure that your orders are delivered promptly and efficiently, while our packaging is done with care to protect the products during transit. We aim to provide cost-effective shipping options to make your shopping experience even more enjoyable.

We Process the orders between 1-3 days and are shipped Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. If for any reason, we are unable to  process in this time we will message or email you as soon as possible to let you know.

Express Post is between 3-5 weekdays from being shipped and Standard is approximately between 4-7 weekdays from being shipped.

We use Australia Post and shipping time does depend on them. Busier times of your ie; Christmas shipping may take longer.

If the unfortunate happens and a product arrives to you broken or damaged, please notify us within 2 days (48hrs) of the product being delivered so we can send you out a replacement promptly.
