WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Please notify us within 2 days (48hrs) of receiving your parcel if an item has arrived damaged and we will send you out a replacement.

How do I store the products?
Please store all our Mixes, Treats and Foraging Mixes in an airtight container in a dark, dry, cool place. keep away from sunlight.
Remember when giving any animals new foods always keep an eye on the in the beginning to check for a reaction.
How do i look after the decorations and artificial plants?
Please rinse your Decor and Plant items with de chlorinated water before placing in the habitat/aquarium.
Monitor for any moulding (from being in a humid environment), breakage or deterioration and remove immediately.
